My cleaning by Emily was so gentle I almost went to sleep. Don’t get me wrong, my teeth were thoroughly and professionally cleaned. Dr. Brown was awesome as well. I actually look forward to seeing them in 6 months. Great job.Update July 13, 2023 - Emily and Dr. Brown are extremely easy to work with especially with my wife’s disability. They are very understanding and patient. Every procedure and issue are discussed thoroughly until I understand and we agree on the next steps. A very good experience.

Today was an appointment with a member of the support staff, Lexie (not sure of the spelling) , who replaced my temporary crown. Lexie ( again I apologize for the spelling) was very professional, answering my questions while performing the temp crown replacement; she is definitely an asset to the practice.

Dr. Upshaw replaced a cracked crown, and the new one is perfect! He seemed very knowledgeable and skilled and it seemed like he enjoyed his job. His assistants did excellent work also. I highly recommend Dr. Upshaw. The staff at CDA are friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I found this dental practice!

Today Dr. Brown and his assistant Sam pulled my wisdom tooth on lower left side. I went in anxious, nervous. They made this one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. They were great and the process of actually pulling the tooth was quick and easy. I highly recommend this dental office. I have had some horror stories at other dental offices. Thank you for making my experience better than most I have encountered in the past at other practices.
